  • Whether I’m someone you could grow to be comfortable and vulnerable with: You are going to do your best, most effective work with a coach you TRUST. This is as much a matter of chemistry and history as anything else, so I never take it personally if we don’t quite *spark*.   • Weekly 50-minute sessions - these are preferred by folks who are looking for consistent accountability, and a weekly opportunity to practice self-respect and compassion with the support of their coach.

SESSION FREQUENCY + LENGTH:

You’ll find that I’m generally pretty flexible about how we collaborate, as long as the format and frequency set us up to reach your goals.

It’s important to me that you to walk away from each session feeling like you’ve received mental/emotional support, strategic insight, and tactical next steps. If we can’t reach those session-level goals together in a given format, then I won’t offer that format.

For example, I don’t offer monthly sessions to *new* clients, as we would spend the entirety of each session catching up and/or discussing context/backstory necessary to addressing the issue you’ve brought to the work. If we’ve worked together for at least two modules, however, I will already have the context needed to dig right in and provide value once/month.

COACHING FEES:

To align with my values of accessibility and power redistribution, I offer sliding scale rates to my private neurocoaching clients.

I have some flexibility when it comes to pricing, so please feel free to share your goals and budget with me. I will not, however, offer to undercut a fellow coach or support professional.

I bill monthly via WaveApps, which will send you an email with a pdf copy of your invoice and a link to pay via bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.
